Shipping & Returns
We ship as fast as we can so you and your dog can start enjoying your gear. Most orders are processed and out the door in 1 to 3 business days, but transit time can take up to 6 days, depending on your distance from New York. For orders placed with expedited 2nd day air shipping we use UPS, so transit time only applies to weekdays and we cannot ship to PO boxes. 2nd day air orders placed by 12pm EST, Monday-Friday, will ship same day. Please contact us if you have any shipping questions. Also, please add any extra delivery instructions to the comment section of your order.
Currently we are shipping to Canada.
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase you can return your order for a full refund for the price of the product within 30 days of your purchase date, however you will be responsible for the return shipping charges. The items returned must not have been used, altered, washed, or damaged, and must include original packaging.
We recommend carefully trying on your new Vuff products indoors, keeping the packaging intact. To be eligible for a full refund or credit, new, unused products must be clean and free of dog hair.
Any items returned to us in used condition without packaging will not be credited. To return any items purchased from www.vuff.com, you must contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). To get an RA#, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your full name, the Order Number and which products(s) from the order that you wish to return. Items returned to us without an RA# will not be processed. We will be unable to track these items to your order and they will be disposed of without the correct paperwork.

How long does it take to recieve my refund? Once we receive your return, we inspect your item(s) and then initiate a refund. Our goal is to process your return within three to five business days of receipt. Credits may take up to an additional five business days to post to your account. Given shipping and processing time, the return process can take up to two to three weeks. Final credit to your account depends on the policies of the bank or institution of your original payment method. We will notify you via email when your return has been processed. If you are not eligible for a cash refund, we will send you an email with your e-gift card exchange amount and directions for how to use it. Please note: refunds do not include shipping costs paid on your original order (if applicable).
We are committed to great design and products that last. If your Vuff product fails to perform to your liking or is damaged due to a material or manufacturing error, we'll replace it or work with you on another solution.
